Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Access

Modish Creative Co. acknowledges the deep-rooted institutionalized racism and discrimination that permeates our society and the multi-generational impact felt by the communities that experience this systemic violence and oppression. As a minority- and female-owned business, the impact of these institutionalized prejudices has personally impacted the team at Modish, and we commit to forging partnerships with organizations that support the elimination of systemic racism and strive to bridge cultural divides.

 

Our goal is to build and nurture an environment where diversity, equity, inclusion, and access are embedded in everything we touch and do. Our team is committed to honoring and sharing our community’s collective history and to achieving our organizational goals by engaging with collaborative community spaces and uplifting diverse voices, driving authentic, inclusive, and sustainable impact through design.
